Wholesale Tea Lights . com is located in beautiful downtown Kansas City, Missouri.  Our offices and warehouse are located in the once known Garment District of Kansas City. Built in 1903, our 4 story historic building is on the National Register of Historic Sites.

Our Guarantee:

We guarantee your complete satisfaction.  Wholesale Tea Lights must be in the original packaging and un-opened. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Returns must arrive in like new condition and in the original packaging. A restocking fee may apply for items returned after 30 days or if not in original packaging. Contact customer care before returning any items.

TrueFlicker® Tea Lights are manufactured to our exacting specifications to insure uniform quality and performance. We handle only the most reliable and highest performance tea lights available. We strive to maintain our large, well stocked warehouse at all times.

Shipping and Delivery:

Because we are centrally located in the United States orders placed on-line will ship the same day or within 24 hours. Merchandise should be received in 2 - 4 business days in the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico).

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico customers will be contacted regarding shipping methods and pricing by email.  Wholesale Tea Lights . com offers expedited shipping, which includes: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Saturday delivery.  After your on-line order is placed please call Customer Care to get shipping quote. Note: Shipping is based on weight of products and you will not be charged until all charges have been approved.

Overseas and International Orders:

We will be happy to ship your order to most countries including Canada, Great Britain and Australia.  You will need to place an online order and then our Customer Care department will notify you by email shipping charges.  After charges have been agreed on your entire order will be processed.

Note: Canada customers will be quoted a delivered price, all taxes and duties will be paid.  No additional charges will be due at time of delivery.
