What is the easiest way to place an order?
Due to our high volume we prefer orders to be placed on-line to cut back on time and errors. Please place your order on-line to ensure the quickest and most efficient delivery to your location.
I don't like to give my credit card information online, how do I order?
We realize that people do not like giving out personal information. Your email will never be sold or used for any other purpose other than to communicate directly to you and send tracking information once an order is processed.
If you would feel more comfortable not giving credit card information through the site please choose "payment by check" and complete your order. Once you receive your confirmation please call Customer Care and give the representative your order number and credit card information.
Can I get expedited shipping?
Unfortunately our system will not figure international or expedited shipping charges. These charges are based on total weight of the shipment. An online order will need to be completed and our shipping consultants will need to figure weight and dimension. After your order is placed you will be contacted by email regarding shipping charges. Contact Customer Care at 816-778-0553 if you have an expedited order after the order is placed, please have your order number ready.
What is your return policy?
Complete satisfaction is guaranteed. We'll be happy to accept any unopened merchandise. Tea Lights must be in the original packaging and un-opened. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Returns must arrive in like new condition and in the original packaging. A restocking fee may apply for items returned after 30 days or if not in original packaging. Contact customer care before returning any items.
